1. Who We Are

ORE Part 1 is a digital product business selling Anki flash card decks for the GDC Overseas Registration Examination Part 1. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to ORE Part 1.

2. What Data We Collect

When you make a purchase, we collect your email address and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored by us. We do not collect your name, address, or any other personal data beyond your email address unless you contact us directly.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your email address solely to (a) deliver your purchased download links, (b) send resend requests if you contact us, and (c) notify you of significant syllabus updates within 12 months of purchase. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy: stripe.com/gb/privacy) and Resend for transactional email delivery. Both are GDPR-compliant processors. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your email address for up to 12 months following your purchase to provide customer support and deliver syllabus updates. After this period, your data is deleted from our systems.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to: access the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@orepart1.com and we will respond within one calendar month.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies during the checkout process for fraud prevention purposes, governed by their own privacy policy.
