Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Policy

ORE Part 1 sells digital download products (.apkg files). Because digital files can be copied and retained after download, our refund policy is limited. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

2. Eligible Refunds

We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if: (a) you are unable to open or import the .apkg files into Anki despite following our support guidance, or (b) you were charged incorrectly or multiple times. To request a refund, email hello@orepart1.com with your order email address and a description of the issue.

3. Non-Eligible Refunds

We do not offer refunds for: change of mind after the files have been downloaded, failure to read the product description (the format and content are clearly described before purchase), or issues with the free Anki app itself (which is a third-party application).

4. Syllabus Change Guarantee

If the GDC significantly updates the ORE Part 1 syllabus and this materially affects the content of our decks, customers who purchased within the previous 12 months will receive updated decks at no additional charge.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email hello@orepart1.com within 7 days of purchase. Include the email address used at checkout and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
