ORE Part 1 is a digital product business selling Anki flash card decks for the GDC Overseas Registration Examination Part 1. References to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy refer to ORE Part 1.

When you make a purchase, we collect your name and email address. Payment details are processed securely by Stripe and are never stored by us.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your name and email address solely to: (a) deliver your purchased download links, (b) respond to support requests, and (c) notify you of significant syllabus updates within 12 months of purchase. We do not send marketing emails.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing (stripe.com/gb/privacy) and ZeptoMail by Zoho (zoho.com/privacy) for transactional email delivery. Both are GDPR-compliant processors operating under EU/UK data protection standards. We do not sell or share your data with any other third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your name and email address for up to 12 months following your purchase to provide customer support and deliver syllabus updates. After this period, your data is deleted from our systems.

6. Your Rights (UK GDPR)

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, object to processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@orepart1.com and we will respond within one calendar month.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies. Stripe may set cookies during checkout for fraud prevention, governed by their own privacy policy.
