1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing from or using ORE Part 1 (orepart1.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase or use the site.
2. Products
ORE Part 1 sells digital Anki flash card decks (.apkg files) designed to assist candidates preparing for the GDC Overseas Registration Examination Part 1. All content is for educational purposes only and is not a guarantee of exam success. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the General Dental Council (GDC). Please note that a small number of cards across some decks may not be perfectly worded. Our question bank is sourced from handwritten recollections submitted by candidates following their own exam sittings, and some questions may not have been fully or accurately remembered. We have made every effort to verify and improve the content, and we continue to update and refine our decks on an ongoing basis.
3. Purchases and Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method. Download links are delivered by email within minutes of payment confirmation.
4. Download Links
Download links are valid for 12 hours after purchase. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files within this window. If your link expires, contact us at hello@orepart1.com and we will issue a new one promptly.
5. Licence — Personal Use Only
Upon purchase, you are granted a strictly personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased deck files for your own private study only. Each purchase is licensed to one individual. You may not share, gift, lend, or transfer your files or access to any other person under any circumstances.
6. Strictly No Sharing
Sharing these files — in any form, on any platform, with any person — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. This includes sharing via messaging apps, file-sharing services, study groups, social media, or any other means. Unauthorised distribution will be pursued under applicable intellectual property and copyright law.
7. Intellectual Property
All card content, including questions, answers, and clinical explanations, is the intellectual property of ORE Part 1. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. No Refunds
All sales are final. Our products are digital files delivered instantly upon payment. Once the delivery email containing your download links has been sent, the sale is complete and no refund will be issued under any circumstances — including but not limited to change of mind, accidental purchase, or failure to download within the link validity window. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge this policy and consent to immediate digital delivery. Please review the product description and the free sample deck carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your files, contact hello@orepart1.com and we will assist you.
9. Disclaimers
Our decks are revision aids only. They do not constitute medical or dental advice. Passing the ORE requires comprehensive preparation; these decks are one component of that. We make no guarantee of exam success.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ORE Part 1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
