Download links are valid for 48 hours after purchase. If your link has expired, email hello@orepart1.com with the email address used at checkout and we will issue a new link promptly.

File Not Opening in Anki

Make sure you are using the desktop version of Anki (ankiweb.net/downloads). Double-click the .apkg file or use File → Import inside Anki. The mobile apps (AnkiMobile / AnkiDroid) also support importing .apkg files via your device's file manager. If you continue to have issues, email hello@orepart1.com.

Did Not Receive Email

Check your spam or junk folder. Emails are sent from hello@orepart1.com within a few minutes of payment. If you still cannot find it, email us from the address you used at checkout and we will resend your links.

Wrong Deck Purchased

If you purchased the wrong deck by mistake and have not yet downloaded your files, contact us at hello@orepart1.com and we will do our best to help.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Our products are digital files that are delivered and accessible immediately upon purchase, so we do not offer refunds. If you have a technical problem that prevents you from accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it.

Sharing Policy

Each purchased file is personalised with your name and email address as a traceable watermark. Sharing files with others is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service. Unauthorised distribution will be pursued under applicable copyright law.

Syllabus Updates

If the GDC significantly updates the ORE Part 1 syllabus, customers who purchased within the previous 12 months will receive updated decks at no additional charge. We will notify you by email.
